"A photograph captures an image, a drawing reveals the soul"

This is the philosophy I follow when creating my charcoal and graphite pencil portraits.  Although my art is photorealistic, my goal is to reveal the essence or spirit of the person/object I am drawing.  Everyone and everything has a story and it is my passion to tell that story through my pencil in the form of images rather than words.
